Papers can be uploaded to the Congress System (SISCON) from Monday November 4, 2013, 09:00hrs (GMT- 03:00) to June 16, 2014, 23:59 (GMT-03:00)

Accepted papers either for the Oral Presentations, Poster Sessions or Symposiums shall be published in the Official Congress Proceedings on a book format. Papers that do not meet technical quality standards not only produce a negative impact for the authors but also for the Congress books and the Argentine Oil and Gas Institute. The amount of people from all over the world who read these publications has been historically very high and usually outnumbers the Congress audience. Therefore, the authorities and the Technical Committee of the IX Hydrocarbon Exploration and Development Congress, ConExplo 2014, shall only consider well- written papers. IAPG Technical Committee considers that papers submitted should follow strict anti- plagiarism standards therefore, after a thorough review by well known industry and academy professionals, papers considered intellectual or commercial plagiarism shall be rejected. Authors of those papers shall be duly notified on behalf of the Technical Committee.
