Kinds of Stands

By means of the IX Hydrocarbon Exploration and Development Congress, the IAPG offers different options to promote your company and/or institution, setting stands in the trade show rooms. The options are the following:

 

Stands for Commercial Companies
 

The IAPG offers to build the stands following the standard format and complying with strict safety and building regulations. The IAPG will be in charge of dealing with the basic structure, including walls, electricity, flooring, etc. The stands surface can range from 4 to 12 m2, with the possibility to combine them. When renting a 12m2 stand, the exhibitor will also be given a space at the hotel parking lot, only paying for the parking cost, and being able to use that space outside for equipment demonstrations.

Stands for Universities / Academic Institutions / Associations
 

The IAPG offers universities, academic institutions and associations the possibility to participate, having a stand completely free of charge. The spaces are limited and they will be located in front of De Los Viñedos rooms, so as to facilitate communication between those attending the technical sessions and the institutions.

 

Stands for Special Items
 

We offer a unique opportunity to exhibit significantly large ítems, such as vibrating trucks, profiling equipment, well control, probing tools, etc. The approximate surface needed for each of these Special Items Stands is around 30m2 and there are promotional costs for this trade show. To rent a space outside, it is necessary to rent a 12m2 stand inside and to pay the cost of the taken parking lot.
