The IX Hydrocarbon Exploration and Development Congress, CONEXPLO 2014, offers a diverse technical program, where multidisciplinary topics will be discussed with the help of experts in the field. During the event, 250 papers will be presented both orally and within the poster session.

If you want to participate by sending  a paper, you may do it through our website before June 16, 2014, 23.59 hrs (GMT-3:00).
Papers can be submitted for both oral or poster sessions and must undergo a rigorous technical evaluation.  Approved papers shall be presented during the oral sessions; they must be innovative contributions in Spanish or English.

The Congress Technical Committee is responsible for approving, rejecting, suggesting modifications or amendments to the papers. If papers are written by more than one author, the addressee who will receive all correspondence regarding the arbitration results must be clearly specified. It is required that at least one of them is registered upon paper acceptance. 

The Congress official publications shall be in the form of printed Proceedings including all accepted papers. Papers presented during the Symposiums shall be published in independent volumes and those corresponding to the Geotechnology Seminars in digital format (CD). The IX Hydrocarbon Exploration and Development Congress, CONEXPLO 2014, will also offer oral presentations within the Symposiums (Geophysics Symposium Fernando Fantín, in memoriam, Formation Assessment Symposium, and Symposium on Non-Conventional Resources), and a series of Field Trips and Courses prior to the beginning of the Congress.
