About Speaker:

José Luis is a Chemical Engineer and Petroleum Engineer with a specialization in gas. He held different positions in the provincial areas of Gas del Estado (1973-1982). He also held positions as business manager in Central Asia (1993-1997) and he was Exploration and Production Manager (1993-1998) for Bridas S.A. gas pipelines and Business Vice President at Pan American Energy (1997-2015). On December 10th, 2015 he was appointed as Secretary of Hydrocarbon Resources of Argentina's Ministry of Energy and Mines.
