Graduated as an Electro-Optical Engineer at the University of Ottawa, Canada, in 2005.
Since then, he worked for Halliburton in the Red Deer district (Canada) before joining the technical team of Calfrac Well Services in Calgary (Canada) in 2008. There, he participated in every aspect of well services, including design, fluid chemistry and software development.
Youssouf has a broad experience in multiple completion techniques, including Perf & Plug, ball systems and annular fracturing with or without sleeves, having completed more than 8,000 stages in 1,000 different wells - using a variety of fluids - in Canada and the United States.
He serves as Engineering Manager for Argentina since February 2014. He has been the technical responsible for the introduction of Coiled Tubing, multistage annular fracturing with or without sleeves and for the introduction to changes and improvements in fluids chemistry.
