Abstract submission

Those interested in making a presentation for the conference must previously upload an abstract to the Congress System (SISCON) so that it can be evaluated by the Technical Committee. It must have a maximum of 400 words and a minimum of 100, summarizing the scope and nature of the experience to be presented.

The works must be stripped of commercial purpose, and not contain advertising messages. They may be presented in Spanish or English. They do not need to be original.

Note: Participation in these sessions, which involves an active presentation in it (technical work speaker, speaker, panel discussion, etc.), implies an implicit AUTHORIZATION to the organizing entity IAPG (Argentine Institute of Oil and Gas ) so that it can freely reproduce, by any means (digital, graphic, sound reproduction, filming, video recording, etc.), and to the extent it deems necessary, the aforementioned participations.

Any profits that may eventually result from the free reproduction of the material obtained will be for the exclusive benefit of the IAPG.

Only those papers in Word format (.docx) uploaded through IAPG’ Congress System will be accepted.

Remember that all fields are mandatory.
> To upload an Abstract
1- Once you have registered, on the next screen, you must enter the title, agenda, abstract and contact information and save the data. All of these fields are mandatory.
2- If there are more authors, please add in the corresponding button.
3- You will receive in your email box a confirmation that your abstract has been correctly entered into the system.
4- Once you have received the communication from the Technical Committee about the approval of your abstract, you can upload the final work.

The approval of the abstract does not imply the automatic approval of the Technical Work.

Participants must send signed the publication authorization of the technical work
> To upload a Technical Paper:
Re-enter SISCON with your username and password, if you forgot it, please press the "recover password" button and it will be sent to your email box again.

Once entered the System, in the last column that appears on the screen, "action", press the "load new version of the job" button, the data previously loaded will appear on the screen and at the end of all the green button will be enabled "Select file" to upload the file with the final work in Word format.

You will receive in your E-mail box a confirmation that the job has been successfully entered into the system.

Presentation conditions:

In Word format, extended summary of a maximum of 5 pages. We wish to point out that it must not mention brands, models or manufacturer names, and that its presentation must adhere to the standards described below. Both conditions will be especially taken into account for the evaluation of the works.

The extended abstract is required to contain the following information:
- Work title.
- Keywords.
- I raise the problem.
- Technical development of work.
- Results obtained.
- Conclusions.
