Miguel Galuccio is Argentinean and was, until April 16th, the highest Latin American executive in the managing team of Schlumberger, the world’s leading company in oil and gas services based in London.
Galuccio has more than 20 years of international experience in the oil and gas industry. He was president and responsible for the creation and operation of “Schlumberger Production Management”, and led companies and work teams in the United States, Middle East, Asia, Europe, Latin America, Russia and China.
His leadership capacity, strategic vision and international experience will enable the new YPF to recover its protagonism in the oil and gas industry in Argentina and Latin America

Carlos Bulgheroni Chairman of Bridas
Carlos Bulgheroni  born in Rufino, Santa Fe in 1945. He graduated as a lawyer from the University of Buenos Aires in 1969. Chairman of Bridas Corporation is member of many institutions and councils both in Argentina and abroad. Among them: CARI - Argentine Council for International Relations, the Federal Police Foundation (Founder and Senior Vice President), the Argentina Chamber of Commerce (Full Member of the Board), the Teatro Colon Foundation (founding member), FIEL - Economic Research Foundation Latin America, the Stock Exchange of Buenos Aires Mediterranean Foundation, U.S. & Argentina Caucus; CSIS - Center for Strategic and International Studies (Washington) and CSIS Senior Advisor Initiative for Human Space Exploration (Human Space Exploration Initiative), the International Committee of the Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts (Washington) and the Peres Center for Peace.
It is also a founding member and former President of CEAR - Argentine-Russian Business Council and has served on the Business Advisory Board WTO (Geneva), President of the Mercosur European Business Forum and member of the Executive Board of the ICC - International Chamber of Commerce in Paris.
The President of Italy was awarded the title of 'Grande Ufficiale della Repubblica Italiana merit' and King Juan Carlos I of Spain granted the Knights of the Order of Isabel the Catholic.

Conference by Kris Nygaard, Senior Stimulation Consultant at ExxonMobil Production Co. (EMPC).

Is the Senior Stimulation Consultant at ExxonMobil Production Co. (EMPC). He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, an M.S. in Aerospace Engineering, and a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering all from the University of Arizona. In his Senior Technical Professional role at ExxonMobil, Dr. Nygaard is the Company's recognized expert on hydraulic fracturing and is responsible for coordinating ExxonMobil's Upstream Fracturing Center of Excellence.
In his current role, he is relied upon widely across ExxonMobil for his expertise in stimulation technology and applications to new and existing business opportunities. Dr. Nygaard also advises the R&D program at ExxonMobil's Upstream Research Company, and works closely with ExxonMobil's business units on technology strategy, deployment, and applications. He is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers and the American Society of Mechanical Engineers.

Eduardo Eunerkian Chairman and CEO at Corporación América
Eduardo Eurnekian is a businessman and entrepreneur born in Argentina in 1932. He is currently Chairman and CEO at Corporación América, First Vice- president, Argentine Chamber of Commerce, member of the International Chamber of Commerce Executive  Board, Chairman of the Inter-American Council of Commerce and Production and Chairman, Raoul Wallenberg International Foundation.
Mr. Eurnekian started his career in the textile industry and later diversified his business towards communications and multimedia. He is shareholder and operator of one of the main television channels, four radios and two newspapers in Argentina. He was also founder of the first cable TV company in Argentina.
Since 1998 Corporación América has become a global holding comprised of leading airport operations companies (51 terminals in Argentina, Italy, Armenia, Ecuador, Peru, Brazil and Uruguay), infrastructure development projects, mining, financial services, energy, agriculture, wineries, nanotechnology and chip manufacturing. Additionally, Corporación América is leading the Aconcagua Bioceanic Venture, a world class railway project that will cross the Andes by means of a low clearance tunnel, linking Chilean ports with South America’s most productive regions

George King Apache’s Distinguished Engineering Advisor
George E. King is a registered professional engineer with over 40 years of experience since joining Amoco Research Center in 1971.  His technical work has provided advances in foam fracturing, production from unstable chalk, underbalanced perforating, sand control reliability, gas shale completions and fracturing. Currently, he is working with new technologies for the oil and gas industry. He holds degrees in Chemistry from Oklahoma State University, as well as Chemical Engineering and Petroleum Engineering from the University of Tulsa, where he also taught completions and workovers for 11 years at night as an adjunct professor.  He has written 65 technical papers and was awarded the 2004 SPE Production Operations Award and the 2012 Engineer of the Year award from the Houston Region of the Texas Society of Professional Engineers. He is Apache’s Distinguished Engineering Advisor.

Javier Martínez Alvarez Director- General at Tenaris, Argentina
Javier Martínez Álvarez was born in Argentina 47 years ago. At the age of 24 he graduated as an Industrial Engineer from the University of Buenos Aires and in 1990 joined Organización Techint in the Planning Sector at Propulsora Siderúrgica, flat product plant built by Agustín Rocca in Ensenada, province of Buenos Aires, today belonging to Ternium.
He was responsible for Sales and later became Head of Exports in charge of the Southeast Asian Market, among others. He participated in the initial negotiations for acquiring Sidor in Venezuela and after a year at Stanford University studying for a Masters Degree in Management he was appointed Assistant to the Vice- Presidency, Flat Products Division. His last post before moving on to Tenaris was that of Commercial Director at Sidor.
In 2006 he took over the General Management of Tenaris Tavsa, Venezuelan seamless pipe manufacturer. That same year Tenaris acquired TuboCaribe in Colombia and set up the Andean region as a management area, covering- besides Venezuela- Perú, Ecuador and other Caribbean countries. Mr. Martínez Álvarez was appointed Director- General of the region and in June 2010 Head of Tenaris operations in Argentina, Uruguay, Bolivia, Paraguay and Chile
