Due to administrative reasons, IAPG registration will necessarily close on 10/1°/2013 at 6pm and shall reopen at the Forum venue on Monday 10/7/2013 at 4pm

Cancellation policy:
No telephone cancellations shall be accepted. Cancellations shall be authentic and must be requested in writing or by fax. Cancellations requested before September 7, 2013 shall be refunded ten days following the event closure with a 20% discount corresponding to administrative expenses. Cancellations requested after that date shall not be refunded. Vacancies shall only be reserved against registration cash payment.
