Sebastián Bigorito
Mr. Bigorito holds a degree from the School of Economic Sciences, University of Buenos Aires. His post-graduate studies were focused on sustainability, including Natural Resources and Energy Economics, Social Assessment of Investment Projects, International Trade and the Environment, Environmental Law and Governance.
He participates in international forums regarding Sustainable Development and CSR, now deeply rooted on the global agenda. These include: the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), World Business Council for Sustainable Development (WBCSD) and the International Standard Organization (ISO) in which he was the expert appointed by Argentina for a six year period during which the ISO 26000: Guidance on Social Responsibility was developed.
Sebastián is a frequent keynote speaker on sustainability and he is the author of several publications, articles and opinion columns on TV and the print media.
He spent his career in the academic field in the main higher education centers in his country and currently serves as professor and trainer on Corporate Sustainability.
He was Board member of several organizations including the Fund for the Americas, the Argentine Network of the United Nations Global Compact and is member of the Advisory Committee of the OECD Guidelines.
He is currently member of the IRAM Board of Directors (Argentine Institute of Standards), Member of the Board at FUNDES Argentina and member of the Small Grants Programme Board, UNDP-GEF.

Is a Canadian citizen and holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from McGill University. He joined Schlumberger as a Wireline Field Engineer in 1992 and has held several field and managerial positions within Schlumberger’s Wireline organization. He has extensive international experience including management positions in Peru, Colombia, the Gulf of Mexico, Brazil, and the UK, Dutch & Norwegian sectors of the North Sea. In 2006 Mr. Brown was appointed Vice President of Wireline Operations covering Europe, Africa and the Caspian Sea. Between 2009 and 2013 Mr. Brown was General Manager for Schlumberger Oilfield Services covering Argentina, Bolivia and Chile and deeply involved in supporting the Argentine Unconventional activity. In May of 2013 Richard assumed the role of Vice President of Unconventional Resources – Latin America for Schlumberger. |

Eduardo Eurnekian
Eduardo Eurnekian is a businessman and entrepreneur born in Argentina in 1932.
He is currently Chairman and CEO at Corporación América, First Vice- president, Argentine Chamber of Commerce, member of the International Chamber of Commerce Executive Board, Chairman of the Inter-American Council of Commerce and Production and Chairman, Raoul Wallenberg International Foundation.

Marco Gardini
Marco Gardini has 18 years international experience as a geologist in the oil and gas industry. Since 2010 he is Exploration and Development manager responsible for the administration and technical validation of geosciences studies (development, delineation and exploration) of all Medanito S.A projects. Mr. Gardini supervises a team of 15 technicians and geoscientists. He previously worked as Reservoir Geologist in Libya and Indonesia and was Head of several projects and studies throughout different basins in the world including Austral, Athabasca (Canada) and Preowei (Nigeria). After that he became Geology Manager at Total Austral until 1995. He then joined Medanito S.A.
After receiving a degree in Geological Sciences from the University of Buenos Aires in 1992, he worked as volcano expert at the National Geology Service and then joined the oil industry.

Gabriela González
Mrs. González holds a degree in Geological Sciences from the University of Buenos Aires since 1996. She started her career as a reservoir geologist in Tecpetrol where she worked for 5 years developing marginal areas at the Neuquén and Golfo San Jorge Basins. She then joined Pan American Energy and worked in different secondary recovery projects as well as in production optimization of different blocks within the area of Cerro Dragón. In 2006 she joined Petrobrás and moved to Bolivia as a geologist at the Activo San Alberto, Tarija Basin. In 2009 she returned to Pan American Energy as a Geology Manager. George E. King is a registered professional engineer with over 40 years of experience since joining Amoco Research Center in 1971. His technical work has provided advances in foam fracturing, production from unstable chalk, underbalanced perforating, sand control reliability, gas shale completions and fracturing. Currently, he is working with new technologies for the oil and gas industry. He holds degrees in Chemistry from Oklahoma State University, as well as Chemical Engineering and Petroleum Engineering from the University of Tulsa, where he also taught completions and workovers for 11 years at night as an adjunct professor. He has written 65 technical papers and was awarded the 2004 SPE Production Operations Award and the 2012 Engineer of the Year award from the Houston Region of the Texas Society of Professional Engineers . Is the Senior Stimulation Consultant at ExxonMobil Production Co. (EMPC). He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, an M.S. in Aerospace Engineering, and a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering all from the University of Arizona. In his Senior Technical Professional role at ExxonMobil, Dr. Nygaard is the Company's recognized expert on hydraulic fracturing and is responsible for coordinating ExxonMobil's Upstream Fracturing Center of Excellence.
In his current role, he is relied upon widely across ExxonMobil for his expertise in stimulation technology and applications to new and existing business opportunities. Dr. Nygaard also advises the R&D program at ExxonMobil's Upstream Research Company, and works closely with ExxonMobil's business units on technology strategy, deployment, and applications. Sandra G. Martínez is a geologist from the National University of La Plata, specialized in the field of hydrogeology, and holds a post graduate degree in Environmental Management from the Argentine Catholic University.
From the year 2000 until 2007 she served as Environment, Safety and Community Affairs Manager at Pluspetrol, Peru where she was responsible for design and implementation of standards and programs regarding the environment, safety, biodiversity, community affairs, participative processes of native communities, relationships with stakeholders, native organizations and government agencies of the Camisea- Upstream Project, Peru.
Ms. Martínez is currently Environmental Manager at Pluspetrol covering Colombia, Venezuela, Argentina, Bolivia, Angola and Peru.

Javier Martínez Álvarez
Director- General at Tenaris, Argentina Javier Martínez Álvarez was born in Argentina 47 years ago. At the age of 24 he graduated as an Industrial Engineer from the University of Buenos Aires and in 1990 joined Organización Techint in the Planning Sector at Propulsora Siderúrgica, flat product plant built by Agustín Rocca in Ensenada, province of Buenos Aires, today belonging to Ternium.
He was responsible for Sales and later became Head of Exports in charge of the Southeast Asian Market, among others. He participated in the initial negotiations for acquiring Sidor in Venezuela and after a year at Stanford University studying for a Masters Degree in Management he was appointed Assistant to the Vice- Presidency, Flat Products Division. His last post before moving on to Tenaris was that of Commercial Director at Sidor.
In 2006 he took over the General Management of Tenaris Tavsa, Venezuelan seamless pipe manufacturer. That same year Tenaris acquired TuboCaribe in Colombia and set up the Andean region as a management area, covering- besides Venezuela- Perú, Ecuador and other Caribbean countries. Mrs. Stark has been working for over 17 years in all the sectors of the energy industry. She is currently the global leader of the clean energy team at Accenture. She has also worked in several projects related to Production Logistics in Shale Deposits and is the author of the Accenture PoV “Water and Shale Gas Development”
Mrs. Stark holds a master in Transportation. She graduated cum laude and was named Outstanding Student with a Grade Point Average of 3.9 over 4 at Northwestern University. She also holds a degree in Financial Sciences from the Haas School, University of Barkley, California. She graduated cum laude as well, and received the financial award with a Grade Point Average of 3.8 over 4.
She participated in the research conducted by the “National Petroleum Council” about the future of fuel in transportation, directly commissioned by Dr. Chu, US Secretary of Energy, as assistant leader of the working group on technology. |

Prior to that, Frank held the position of Vice President and General Manager for the Americas at Honeywell Process Solutions in which he was responsible for all sales, service, and project execution in the Americas, including Canada and Latin America.
Before joining Honeywell, Frank spent 23 years at UOP (A Honeywell Company), where he held a variety of positions. At UOP, he has managed the Mechanical Design, Platforming, and the FCC groups, all in Engineering. In 1996, Frank became the Business Director for Naphtha Technologies in Refining, responsible for all licensing, services, products, and equipment associated with Platforming and Isomerization technologies. He later served as the General Manager of Engineering, in which he oversaw worldwide staff and operations in the Engineering Department. His last role at UOP was Vice President of New Business Development, which included UOP’s Solutions and Services Department.
